What’s better than coming to Rosewood? Bringing a friend!

At Rosewood, we believe the happiest homes are filled with connection, which is why we love when our residents invite friends or family to join our community. While making new friends is always encouraged and happens often, there’s something extra special about having an old friend just down the hall.

When a resident refers someone to Rosewood and they decide to stay for at least 60 days, we offer a month of rent free or a $2,500 check as a thank you!

Inviting is easy! Simply share their name and contact information with us (with permission, of course), and we’ll reach out to invite them to a luncheon in your honor. Or, let us know when they’re visiting, and we’ll treat them to a delicious meal or invite them to join one of our exciting activities.
