Cindy Romines

July- Employee of the Month

Cindy started at Rosewood in January of this year. Her official job title is Receptionist, but she is so much more than that. Cindy is the first face you see when you walk in the building, and under her mask, she is always smiling. She greets all of the visitors and employees, and ensures they are following COVID-19 guidelines. She is also the first voice you hear when you call. She always talks with the residents, and makes them feel at home. That is one of the reasons we chose her as our Employee of the Month. It is not uncommon to see a group of residents around her desk, asking questions and conversing. She is always encouraging and loving on them. Her kind and peaceful attitude pulls you in, and makes you feel at ease. Her heart for others is evident in everything she does. She is always willing to go above and beyond the call of service, and help other departments in any way she can. Congratulations, Cindy, on being our Employee of the Month! We are grateful to have you as a part of the Rosewood team.
