June- Employee of the Month
Conrad is fairly new to the Rosewood community but he has already proven to be a great asset to our team. Conrad is a cook at Rosewood. He is responsible for cooking and preparing healthy and tasty meals for our residents. He was chosen as Employee of the Month because of his great attitude, hard work ethic, and compassion for the residents. Even when he is working hard in the kitchen, you can find him cutting up with other staff members and keeping up a light, positive environment. He goes beyond the call of duty by talking to residents and makes a deliberate effort to spend more time with our memory care residents, talking to them and making them laugh. He is also not afraid to get his hands dirty and help with heavy lifting as needed. Conrad has been in food service for over 30 years. He was a dietary manager for 15 years. He has worked in various healthcare facilities and within the hospitality industry. When he is not at work, he can be found spending time with one of his 5 kids or 12 grandkids. He also loves to golf and fish. We thank you for your service here at Rosewood Conrad. Congratulations on being Employee of the Month.
