At The Rosewood at Fort Oglethorpe, we believe the happiest homes are built on connection. That’s why we love it when our residents invite friends or family to join our community. While making new friends is always encouraged—and happens often—there’s something truly special about having a familiar face just down the hall.

As a thank-you, when a resident refers someone who moves in and stays for at least 60 days, we offer one month of free rent or a $2,500 check.

Inviting is Easy!
Just share your friend’s name and contact information with us (with their permission, of course), and we’ll reach out to invite them to a luncheon in your honor. Or let us know when they’re visiting—we’ll treat them to a delicious meal or welcome them to join one of our exciting community activities.
