Kristy Kelley

Kristy is our Life Enrichment Coordinator and has been employed at Rosewood since May of this year. Kristy has hit the ground running and has increased our Pathway resident participation and staff interaction. Kristy always has a positive attitude, is on time, team focused, and up for any challenge — big or small.

When asked what she enjoys most about Rosewood she said, “Hands down the residents. They have become like family to me, and they brighten my day every day.” When asked to suggest an activity that we don’t normally do, she stated that memory care residents should be more involved with life outside their community, such as walking through other areas of the community that they do not typically get to see. What a wonderful idea and further proves her understanding of our values in Life Enrichment: Engagement and Inclusion.

Kristy, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and love of our residents. You are a shining example of what it means to say “That’s Why We Are Here.”
