April- Employee of the Month
Maria has been a team member at Rosewood since 2016. She is a MedTech on our 2nd shift in personal care. Maria is responsible for guiding and directing the care team on her shift, monitoring resident care, and administering medications. She has a strong work ethic, and is extremely dependable. She is kind and compassionate toward the residents, and takes the time to give detailed reports to families. She is always a team player, and encourages her team to do better each day.
