Austin Delaney is a caregiver who has worked at Rosewood for over three months. He works hard and so many people had such great things to say about him. One staff member says Austin is “always willing to help and comes to work on his days off .” Austin, originally from Chicago, has lived here for 10 years. He is working toward becoming a RN. Some of his favorite things include Almond Joy candy, Mountain Dew and Cheez-Its. When asked what he liked to do with his residents he said, “Conversation. It helps the residents to clear their minds.” When asked what his favorite attribute of Rosewood is, he had this to say: “I enjoy the residents and their stories.” Austin, thank you for always working so hard and showing our residents just how important they are.
