Congratulations to our May resident spotlight, Dr. Pierre Barkhuizen. Pierre has been a resident at Rosewood since May 2021. Pierre is always kind, a great listener and has the best smile hands down! Pierre enjoys going on the Sunshine Tours and being able to get out and about. Pierre has two children, one girl and a boy. A few of his favorite things include: donuts, pizza and Star Trek. Pierre’s favorite activity to do at Rosewood is socializing and exercising.
When asked what he liked most about living at Rosewood Pierre stated “Being able to spend time with my friends and just hang out.” His laid-back personality is such a blessing to others. Pierre, thank you for always being kind to the staff , residents and our new residents. It is always scary moving to a new place, so thank you for always being a kind face that new residents can look for and grow to love, just like we do. Congratulations Pierre and thank you for your willingness to always try something new!
