Our Employee of the Month for April is Shasta Melochi. Shasta is a MedTech here at Rosewood. She has worked at Rosewood for five years, and enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and swimming.
Shasta has three children and is a hard worker. The residents love her and are always asking where she is whenever she’s not here. She shared that her favorite thing about working at Rosewood is that she genuinely loves taking care of the residents and working with her peers.
Shasta was voted by residents and staff alike because of her great attitude, willingness to help, and dedication to Rosewood. Shasta, thank you for the care and hard work you provide for our residents!
