Our Employee of the Month for August is Amanda Downs. Amanda is a 3rd shift CMA/CNA who has been employed here at Rosewood for 5 years. Amanda has two kids, one of them working at Rosewood alongside her, and she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Some of her favorite things include Reese’s cups and Dr. Pepper. When asked about what she enjoyed the most about working at Rosewood, she said, “I love my co-workers and being with my residents.” Amanda, thank you for always showing what it takes to be Employee of the Month.
