November- Employee of the Month

Farrah has been a Caregiver with Rosewood for two years. Primarily you will see her in our Assisted Living unit. She joined our family with over 20 years in the industry, and it really shows in all she does. A native of Lookout Valley, she graduated from Lookout Valley High School. When she has time off you might find her at her favorite fishing hole or at the local drag strip. She also enjoys camping, but her passion is her family and spending as much time as she can with her grandson. 

Farrah was chosen as Employee of the Month because of her continued efforts and support during the pandemic. She works hard, doesn’t call in, and is willing to assist wherever help is needed. She selflessly gives of her time and energy to make sure resident needs are met, treating them with respect and dignity. She is someone that can be counted on by her coworkers, residents, and supervisors. We are so lucky to have her on our team!
